	I got the same problem. I think it's something with the sound. When I start the first mission, the general (or whoever) doesn't speak correct. This can be solved by goingt into the menu and back to game. But it is very *** to do this 10 times only for one sentence! The trick is: When the general doesn't finish his spech, the mission-end-trigger won't be triggerd.
