I feel stupid posting this, because I'm almost positive there should be another thread asking the same question. But I just can't seem to find anything, so here it goes.
I finally bought the game yesterday (WOO!) and have played it a decent amount. Of course, one of the first things on my list was to find a hairstyle that I liked. But, unfortunately, you can't just simply choose what you'd like, and you have to go through those annoying questions. Ahem, to the point: Does anybody have a guide telling which answers will get you what hairstyle? Color isn't a problem, as I've got that figured out. I think this hair guide might work. It's for ACWW, but it might still work. Not positive though.

That guide is for Wild World and in City Folk the questions and hairstyles are different. Here is the best guide that I have come across so far. It's pretty spot on and accurate.

If you time travel a week or two you should get bed hair. The weeds aren't as bad in this game. It will stay permanent until you go get a haircut at Shampoodle's.
