By creating a new save file. It is just like starting a whole new game, except your town will be in the same condition your other file left it in. You will have another house, but you will have to pay off all your debt again to make it expand. There are 4 empty houses to start off with, so you could create 4 save files and own 4 houses if you want too.

actually the wii has a built in memory. so if you make a new house you have to pay things off again and fill it up with other stuff. also, the town will stay still, ur house is still there, if u have nookingtons, then itll let both of you use it, and it will only take up 1 block on the memory.

You will develop a new character within your town but you can use the money from your main character. You can get it into the bags and drop it somewhere within the town and then have the new character pick it up. This is how I started to get the basics for my new house. It is a great way for extra storage and some other space!!
