Honestly what is the point of this pokemon? I got one trained it to level 100 (as I dow ith all my pokemon) and I still think it really sucks. Honesty even Magikarp could KO Shedinja by just using tackle, flail or even splash could probablly KO Shedinja if your really lucky. Personally I think Shedinja is the worst pokemon around.

It all depends on knowing when to switch it in. I personally don't like it either, (You're out of luck if your opponent can poison it, burn it, or change the weather, or if it has attacks that are super effective....) but some people do and make good use of it.

By the way, Splash doesn't do anything. At all. Didn't you read the description? XD

Nope I know splash didn't do anything it's a pointless attack but I heard a rumor that if magikarp is in water then it can do some damage which would be cool but it isn't splash is a pointless move.

Your right about Shedinja it can be put to good use but I just find it worthless and a waste of time.

I'm 100% positive you couldn't kill shedinja with magikarp because flail and tackle wouldn't be able to touch it because its part ghost and all magikarp get in rain is its ability swift swim which makes it go 1.5x faster

shedinja is a lil good because it can only get attacked by stat changers and its weaknesses but it has some common weaknesses that hurts its ability from being good

In Adv play Shedinja can be used very well as a late game sweeper if you play your cards right. Provided you carry a spinner to get rid of Spikes and something with Sunny Day/Rain Dance in case of T-Tar, Shedinja can come in safely with relative ease of prediction due to its ability meaning the only actual attacks that will damage it are Dark, Rock, Flying, Fire or Ghost type (that leaves 12/17 types to safely switch in on).

I used one for a little while in Adv, and while it's very difficult to do, a Shedinja sweep is truly something to behold. Stall the opponent out for as long as possible and find out which of their Pokemon can kill Shedinja, then take out those threats and leave Shedinja to clean up the scraps. Simply breathtaking...



Just too bad it fails miserably in almost every DP tier; except Ubers ! Shedinja = greatest Kyogre counter in existence .
