Trouble with Elite Four... |
|
Hi guys. I've been trying to beat the Elite Four in Ruby for a while, but I couldn't do it. So I did some special training with my Pokemon, and I was wondering if you could rate my team to challenge them with once I get them to higher level:
Blaziken Lvl. 56 Moves: Blaze Kick, Earthquake, Mirror Move and Double Kick Walrein Lvl. 50 Moves: Aurora Beam, Ice Ball, Body Slam and Blizzard Shiny Altaria Lvl. 45 Moves: Dragonbreath, Dragon Claw, Safeguard and Take Down Exploud Lvl. 48 Moves: Strength, Shock Wave, Rock Smash, Hyper Beam Swellow Lvl. 47 Moves: Aerial Ace, Steel Wing, Fly and Endeavor And Groudon Lvl. 51 Moves: Earthquake, Slash, Fire Blast, Bulk Up. ------------------- Darth Vader: Luke, I AM YOUR FATHER! Luke: Uh, you look like a normal specimen of feminine origins. I'm not a dumbass, you know. Vader: Oh, DAMNATION! I thought I had you! Luke: No, you idiot! My mother did!

quote ShinySwellowHmm okay.. The moves aren't bad and i dont think you can change them. But if you have overheat tm, now is the time to use it on groundon. i challenged elite four with an almost like that team You're blaziken moves are all okay. Get it to lvl 60 and you're done with it. Put it in the 3rd slot. Walrein.. Okay, put it in the first slot, and use all ice moves you can. Make sure they have high accuracy.. That altaria is perfect, try putting it in the 4th slot so you wait for the dragon elite four person (Drake) Ps : this guy could use some levelling up and a new attacking move instead of safeguard, but that's My way of strategy... If you have an idea of using it, use it well. You're exploud is very well, just need leveling up. Same with swellow. By the way this is My way of thinking... I don't know what is your strategy. But i think you should try putting them like this. Walrein first vs the first elite four Blaziken 2nd vs that ghost user Keep blaziken for it next fight (glacia) Altaria for next fight, if it dies, use blaziken again.(Drake) Last fight : First send out groundon, and fireblast through the first ones. Once you get to cradily change for aerial ace. Then groundon all the way. That should work!

Oh yes but raise them up a little, until the 40-50 are at least 55 so you can have a better chance. And no problems. If the first two or the last two dont go well, switch the first pokemon for swellow.
Oh and tell if you did it by the way This message was edited by Dm1 on Sep 12 2009. ------------------- Using and knowing how to play something isnt the same thing.

why have you got two flying types? oh well i'd say raise blaziken and altaria to like 65 and the other to 60 and, with the right tactics you'll win.

Just stick with Blaziken in front, and use him as much as possible. His fire moves will come in handy when facing the second person, and Walrein should be used well throughout most of the battles with water and ice abilities, but stay out of the battle with the Ice person(third). Try to keep Blaziken alive after the second so you can utilize his fire against Glailie.
Good luck! ------------------- I Need a New Sig
