mirage friendly pokemon is the same as getting shiny pokemon one day you cacnea example wouldnt be mirage friendly 3 days later it will its all at random all pokemon have one

Neither do I, but they're both saying two different things. All I get is that it's totally random and that only females can be MIF.

Okay heres how it goes to get to mirrage island you need to:
have a mif pokemon
be there at exactley the right time to activate it (the time it activates is totaly random)
so it is basically pointless and useless to even try to get there but if you do have a mif pokemon just talk to the man every day untill he says its there! *bleep*ING POINTLESS PEOPLE!
