machoke, kadabbraand graveler, do you have to trade them to get them to evolve or can you just keep building them up to evolve them?,,,,and how the hell do you beat the elite four? i got as far as almost beating the 2nd person n then got whooped,,im using,,,,,graveler-LV50,breloom-L48,blaziken-L50,grouden-L50,Raichu-L37(but still building up) and my tentacruel-L38(and building) are these the right ones or which do you people suggest i use?

They must be Traded to trigger the Evolution process.

Try to make two or three of your pokemons more than level 75

Lv 75? No, that's too much. Try leveling up your team to 55 and it's enough. Also, remember to take some Revives and Full Restores. With Groudon, I think you can defeat Phoebe

blaziken is the best to beat the elite four

Absols an awesome pokemon. If u teach it thunderbolt/bite then it can take out the 2nd person phoebie (use bite) and the 3rd person glacia (use thunderbolt on Sealeo/Walrien). For Blaziken, teach it Sky Uppercut/Blaze Kick/Fire Punch(use heart scale at fallarbor). Use sky uppercut on the 1st person Sydneys pokemon (xcept sharpedo-use absols thunderbolt) and any fire move on glacia's glalies and the champion stevens pokemon. For the 4th person, the dragon guy...just level up ur pokemon and use brute force. All ur pokemon should be lvl. 60 or higher. Also stock up on full restores and revives-don't be shy about using them. Thats always worked 4 me. good luck.

do not forget to bring elizers and pp ups! that is what got me whited out! if i had remebered, i would have whooped the elite 4 on my first try
