	Mystic Ticket's for FireRed and LeafGreen I believe. It is used to catch Ho-oh and Lugia. And I believe you get it from a special event that is not in the game. ------------------- Art

	ur right its not in the game its at a Nintendo special event in what is known as a pokecenter in NY Sorry if i wasn't much help
