Go to TV station in Jubilife, up to the 3rd floor. There should be a man in the lower room of the floor, he'll ask you to answer some questions.
For the first two words, put 'Everyone' and 'Happy.' Next, put 'Wi-fi' and 'connection.' That should work. ------------------- It's not always rainbows and butterflies.
