IF it's a one-on-one battle, then it will hurt itself badly, like confusion. To cure it, use a Full Heal, Lum Berry, or outlast for eight turns.

Pokemon that can learn this move: Mightyena, Houndoom, Poochyena, Houndoor, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Luxray, Luxio, Shinx, Aron, Lairon, Aggron, Phanpy, and Donphan.
