The user howls as loud as it can, making itself, its partner, and both opponents berserk (new status condition).

Berserk is a new status condition for this move; a user will try to make its move, but there's an 80% chance it will attack its own partner. 20% chance of attacking one or the other enemy. IF it's a one-on-one battle, then it will hurt itself badly, like confusion. To cure it, use a Full Heal, Lum Berry, or outlast for eight turns.

Pokemon that can learn this move: Mightyena, Houndoom, Poochyena, Houndoor, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Luxray, Luxio, Shinx, Aron, Lairon, Aggron, Phanpy, and Donphan.

In contests, this move prevents the user from losing hearts if one manages to raise the voltage.

Possible Pokemon to learn this move: Not all Psychics can learn this move..... if a Pokemon has a secondary type besides Psychic (example... Metagross, part Psychic, part Steel), it won't learn it. Some normal types, Such as Delcatty, can learn it.
