question about the 99 balloons. If you would please to refer to the map, @ {http://www.rockstargames.com/vicecitystories/}I'm having trouble finding #12 balloon. I've looked all over for it and can't find it. Please describe where it is for me? | |

Yes but the balloons aren't labeled so I have no idea which one is #12.

Wow, this balloon is a hum-dinger!
Alright, first of all, if you haven't unlocked the second island and aren't able to get access to a helicopter, this balloon will be absolutley unreachable. Ok, if you do have access to helicopters, then go to the Downtown police station. Behind it, you'll find stairs that lead up to the rooftop. Steal the helicopter there and once it starts up, face north. Now, this will sound quite vague so bare with me. There will be a very tall building to front of you that's a little to the right. Fly to the side facing you and you'll see that it has a little tunnel through it. Land the helicopter there and you should see the balloon against the left wall. Be careful not to scrape the helicopter's blades against the walls because the only other way out besides flying, is jumping out which eats up some health. Hope this helped! hey people i have trouble finding the balloons. i started finding them from the army base but i cant find them... i have even been at the same place of a picture but i cant see it?!?!? i have ps 2.

If I recall correctly, the balloon that's at the army base is in the palm tree next to the gate.
