How do u buy clothes from shops? like the hermit store.

Simply; you can't.
They're pretty much of no use except in the Protection Racket missions. Also, you could kind of rob the place by smashing or shooting all the merchandise like the coat-racks in clothing stores or the freezers in grocery stories. Destroy them until the cashier has his hands up in the air and there should be floating money on the counter. -------------------  | |

You can't buy clothes in VC. The only GTA you can actually BUY clothes in is San Andreas as far as I know. I haven't played GTA4 yet so I can't say for that one. But in Vice City Stories, Liberty City Stories, and Vice City, you get new clothes the same way. By earning them through mission completion. In GTA3 however, you're simply stuck with what they give you. lol

you don't buy clothes, you are rewarded clothes by getting high roller on each business or owning all business and some clothes you get throughout the game, the only games you can actually buy clothes on are grand theft auto San Andreas and grand theft auto 4
