Someone help me!! I've recently started GTA VCS and now own all businesses on Mainland, 20% game completion, 21 stunts, 0 rampages, all business reputations maxed out. How do i get the East Island unlocked??? I need to know as i'm at stalemate!!!

You still have to do all the missions up until the mission From Zero To Hero where the East island is unlocked.
