	I don't think it is Vic that gets killed because spoilers regarding the end movie and Loise At the end Vic says he's done with doing the drug business and after Loise getting killed because of drugs I think that would make Vic want to distance himself from the drug trade.

My opinion is that Rockstar intended it to be that Vic was killed at the start of Vice City, but perhaps they decided, last minute, in creating the VCS storyline, that they would find a way to m ake it so that he didn't really die, and, instead, he and Lance had another brother who was killed. I do agree with landwalker's points in his last post though, but I have the feeling that Rockstar is going to try to gracefully back out of that particular plot twist by making a third Vance brother. ------------------- It's official. In Liberty City Stories there was almost no difference between the toni Cipriani from LCS and the one from GTAIII. The guy in GTAIII isnt the guy in LCS.. The GTAIII guy was nick named "fido" because of one of the missions, but we found out a while after his name was Claude Speed. Btw, Im getting VCS on my birthday, March 30th so yay

All I heard is that he had "asthma" (which we all know isn't that life threatening, hell I have had it since I was a kid), and even so, Vice City is set two years later, so he might have recovered from whatever else he was suffering from. Lets have a look at the facts shall we? The "Vic Vance" of Vice City looks a lot (and sounds a lot different) to the Vic Vance of Vice City stories. Vic said that he was done with drugs, so why would he go back to drugs two years later? There was no sign at the end of VCS that he intended on going back to his old ways. It is a well known fact that there is a third Vance brother, Vic and Lances brother, Pete, who is suffering from asthma. Would it be entirely plausible to suggest that it was actually he who was killed at the start of Vice City? I mean just read my theory - Vic says he is done with drugs, so Lance turns to his other brother for help, Pete. Togeter they continue the drug business and leave Vic out of it, (which is why he isn't seen in Vice City) and Pete ends up being caught up in a botched drug deal and is killed. Not Vic, who said he is done with drugs. This would explain why the two models look and sound so different between 1984 and 1986. 	I don't think Rockstar would be stupid enough to have two characters that look and sound completely different, unless you go with Chiro's theory. And who says that the Vance brother that gets killed at the start of Vice city is Vic? Wikipedia? In my opinion, you can't trust Wikipedia because anyone can edit it. I like Zero's theory, simply because I don't think Rockstar would try to change characters like that, especially when there's only a two-year difference. I also believe the Vance brother that gets killed in the beginning of Vice City is Pete.

	I can't believe how many people are buying into this ludicrous idea. Pete wasn't involved at all in the family business only Lance and Victor were. On the original VC website there was a crime tree bulletin board, which had Lance and Victor's names on it. If you've played the other GTA games, you would know R* changes a bunch of shit around. They've recast voice parts for the same character countless times now. Debi Mazar voiced Maria in TWO games, but she didn't voice Maria in LCS. If they can replace a voice actress who had appeared in two games, I think they can recast a guy who had one line in a game made five years ago. Personnaly, I like the fact that he's dead. He's the only main character so far where we know how his life story ends. -------------------
