Thanks to a forum regular on GTAForums.com (which i am currently active in) MC_320 has found a way to get into the East Island, if you're not currently there yet. ~Remember I did NOT create this guide, I am just simply, passing it on to the GTA world.



-----------Getting Prepared-----------
1. Get a Trashmaster or Yankee
2. Park the rear end of the Trashmaster or Yankee facing the ocean. This is how I parked the Trashmaster:




-----------Jump, Jump, Jump-----------
3. Jump on top of the vehicle
4. Face and jump towards the arrow (in the screenshot) pointing to where you have to jump over.




-----------OMGALION GET IN THE CAR------------
5. To get back to the west island, you can just either take the boats at their spawn locations (For example: Violator & Jet-ski at Vice Point) but be careful when you go on the Jet-ski. Just try not to fall in the water when you go on any boats because once you go in the water you'll get pushed back from the waves. So press Triangle fast just in case you fall in the water. You can also take the Police Maverick on top of the Police Station at Washington Beach. When flying the Police Maverick to get back to the West Island or East Island, make sure you only fly over Starfish Island or the ocean. Do not fly near or over the other bridges that has the road blocks cause there's an invisible wall which will damage your Police Maverick. Just watch out for the invisible wall when flying the Police Maverick. This is what happened when I got in contact with the invisible wall.

-----------Conclusion-----------
This is a good method to use for collecting all the other balloons and completing all the Rampages & Unique Jumps, etc.
The only thing that sucks about this is that when I entered the BF Injection at the beach to do the Beach Patrol mission, the mission didn't go on. But it's still good to do this if you want to get some weapons at their spawn locations that isn't available in the west island.

My method was alot more time consuming and suicidal..

Do NOT try swimming because the waves just keep u back then u lose stamina then die.

Those aren't waves. It's an invisible wall.

No the wall dosn't stop you when your swimming u can see the waves towards the other island try it!

Or you could just do the missions which are easy once you do all the misions a few times! But that might take too long so just do whatever.
