Im having troubles beating Darius..

I get stuck on the circuit race. I used the Infinite Nos cheat but nothing works. im using the SLR McLaren w/ all performance upgrades...i also hav a gallardo and a brera in my garage. what am i doing wrong?

you just have to keep him behind you at all costs. keep an eye on him and cut him off when he tries to pass you. and for the canyon, dont bother trying to pass him because he is entirely too fast. just keep close and keep distance when it is your time to go.

You could also try pushing him into the orange guard rails in the canyon duel. Do it where the orange fence ends, and he gets stuck for a good 5 or so seconds.

Or you could get a car that turns i.e the evo 9 and use shortcuts on the circuit

Considering there are no shortcuts in a Canyon Duel...

just buy a tuner or exotic any kind as long as it turns well and is fast at the start turn sharp in the conner and block darrius for ten seconds the best way to beat him in the canyon

But by pushing him, you lose 5000 points every time you touch him. So you run the risk of falling behind in points and position, screwing yourself over.

I have a fully upgraded murci that thing is fast as hell I can easily take him in the street race but when it gets to the canyon its a lil hard but Ive come very close in takin him couple more tries and I know I can so I say you race wit the murci if you got the money

It's not that much better than any other car. I beat him in a Dodge Charger SRT-8. >_>

wow, you have only come close to beating his canyon dual with a murcialago. i passed him with my murcialago. now i have officially beat the game with all three car classes

The Shelby GT500...I tried it, and it was swinging around to much for me. Of all the older muscle cars, I like the Hemi 'Cuda best.

Ive only beaten the game once and it was with a lotus elise and I just passed him. i do not suggest ding that since the lotus isnt the best car out there, i suggest doing it with a fully upgraded corvette.
