	I would say the Pokemon league area. Thats the best place to train a variety of Pokemon. -------------------

	okay the victory dungeon? thanks and i just caught lvl 40 Poliwhirl What shall i do? Replace that wif my 36 Vapoureon or Keep my Vapoureon?

I think you should keep your Vaporeon because it learns Aurora Beam and Hydro Pump. Evolve your Poliwhirl so you can get the Poke'dex entry for Poliwrath. There is no need to swith Vaporeon with Poliwhirl because when you evolve it, you get a Water/Fight Poke'mon. You already have Primape and Vaporean is a better Water-type Poke'mon than Poliwrath.
