Haha no point in even wishing you luck, it won't take you halfway!

Seriously don't bother, Tackle and Tail Whip are hardly going to effect pokemon like Rhydon.

Well if you let it evolve then maybe it might come in useful and do something.

re: time for caterpie

Well yeah, but when I was a lot younger I went through the game using just Buttergree, it gets really hard later, since you have to rely on Psybeam until you beat Sabrina.

re: time for caterpie

Well it does learn some decent moves by level up and then some good ones by tm. So it can be a good pokemon.

re: time for caterpie

But that's just it, it can be a good pokemon if you consider it's techniques, not it's stats though.

When it comes to the hardy buggers to take a few hits to kill they usually end up doing lots of damage toButterfree i've found.

I'll take your word for it because i never used Butterfree like it could be an awesome pokemon.

Yeah trust me, there are some pokemon Butterfree just can't stand up to, don't even ask about Lance's lv62 Dragonite you should know what would happen.

re: time for caterpie

Well if you had it on a high enough level then it should be able to compete.

re: time for caterpie

That's what I had to do, it takes way too long, even then though some pokemon can put some serious dents in it.

It is possible, but it's hard.

re: time for caterpie

Yeh like if you had it level 90+ then you shouldn't worry, it should have a psybeam to deal with most things.
