first u must have surf and the badge to use surf outside of battle (5th badge)surf to the town below pallet town so that you can flythere later.put the item that you want duplicated in the sixth spot of your inventory fly back and talk to the old man in the second town that teaches u how to catch pokemon. fly to the town below pallet town. and surf along the edge on the right up and down about ten times. if nothing appears then it didnt work but if a glitchy picure battles u then the item will be duplicated about 200 times mayby more or if a regulare pokemon appears, it will be an extremely high level. i once caght a lv 262 alakazam!!! u can use this cheat as many times as you want. ENJOY

Missingno never worked for me on Yellow. It only worked on Blue and Red.

MissingNo, or "M" is able to be found and used in Yellow, but it is more difficult to achieve, and as said above, it can corrupt your save file and delete it

I recently bought a Pokemon LeafGreen used and it had a lv 100 Bellsprout as well as a lv 27 Mew.

It also had like 40 of each of the stones on it. Is it possible the person used that glitch on the itmes? The person also had like 200 Potions as well.


Anyways I think I found out my Pokemon Yellow one.
I'm not far enough, I only have 2 badges so far so I haven't made it far enough to surf.

I doubt I'll do the glitch as I don't want to ruin my game by accident. I could just buy a used game and try it, then trade the pokemon over to mine. Would that mess with my game? If I traded the pokemon over would it carry the glitch?

there is one guy in viridian city near the gym, on the left that asks you at the beggining f he would teach you how to cath a pokemon, i think the feature was removed from yellow.

I never got it to work in Yellow, everyone I've spoken to has said it's impossible. Is there a different method or something?

The man in Yellow still initiates a battle, but he fails to catch the Rattata and the battle ends through eventing rather than through ordinary means.
