Once they have lived in harmony, but now they live in misery. For the passed 10,000 years vampires, werewolves, and hunters alike, have been at war with one an other. They have kept to the shadows of man, unknown to the average person, for fear of sparking an other war with them as well, meanless to say, they no longer kill humans for food, or blood, though vampires need human blood and do by taking small amounts at a time. There have been many time in the past that they have tried to come to some kind of truce or agreement of peace, but, as always, something went wrong. Every peace treaty from then to now have all ended in the worst of blood baths.
Each of the clans have their own rulers. Each a king, who sits on their throne. Though not by blood that the were given, but by skill, respect and wisdom. The vampire king wishes to destroy, The werewolf king wishes to make peace, and the hunter king wishes to take over. Now treachery is afoot in each of the clans, you know not of who to trust. Never once in our history have times been darker or so close to the end of this war.
Though it was said long ago, by the wisest and oldest of all the clans, many years before the war ever began, that youth with extra extraordinary abilities will rise up and bring peace to these clans once again. but people now say it was a myth to just bring false hope in the past....

Now the year is 1493 A.D. the years of the renaissance.

~Vampires~
Walkers of the night and suckers of blood. No matter how much they fight it, they must feed on human blood every few weeks to stay alive. They are stronger than an average human, of course, also they can walk out in sun, it just makes them dizzy after awhile and drains them of their blood over a period of time. Their main head quarters is Vampieria, a castle hidden in Italy.

~Werewolves~
Howlers of the moon and beast of men. They live just as long as any vampire and just as strong and fast. They also are able to transform into a huge wolves, but go crazy in mad rage if they are caught outside during a full moon. Their headquarters is in the Alps mountains. In an underground fortress.

~Hunters~
Their origin is unknown, and since they have many human like characteristics they just call themselves humans, but mainly they are just stronger and faster then the average person, plus any ability you choose. Hunters are able to move around more openly. Though do not be fooled by their appearance, for they, too are faster and stronger than they look. They hunt both Wolves and Vampires, and have to slay either one or an other to finish their training. Their base is also in Italy.

Lelouch awoke from another nightmare filled night. He had been having so many nightmares as of late, why he did not know. As he dressed, a guard had entered his room. He took off his helm to reveal his face, a younger wolf who had silver fur.

"Prince Lelouch," He respectfully bowed, "It is an honor to speak to you."

"Please," Lelouch said a tad annoyed, "you do not have to be so formal. I am not garentied the throne, I must prove myself if I wish such a thing. Now, what were you sent here for?"

"Ah, your father, King Lunacrest wishes to speak with you at once with a matter of grave importance."

"Very well, thank you for telling me this."

Lelouch grabed his bag and sword. He immidiately began to advance towards the throne room. He opened the giant doors and walked inside. Lelouch looked upon his father, a silver wolf wearing regal robes.

"Ah, Lelouch," He gestured for him to sit with him at a small table, "Have some tea."

"No thank you father. Now, what was it that you wished to speak with me about?"

He sighed, "So quick to get to the point arn't you? Very well, I wish for you to go to the Vampire Clan's settlement. I want you to invite him to a peace comfrence I wish to hold here. Does this sound reasonable to you?"

"I wouldn't reject anything like this. I've been yerning to go there."

Lelouch ran out of the throne room and immidately went to the mage research center. He came to the mages who were hard at work researching diffrent spells and junk.

"Well, it will require multiple Alchemists, but," The old man began, "We can decompose you then reconstruct you in Italy. This shall take about three hours to prep."

"Thank you, this makes my job easier."

The old man lead him to the basement and led him to a giant spell circle, over 20 men in robes surrounded it. He steped into the center and light began to envelope him. When he opened his eyes again, he was in the middle of a vineyard. He began to wounder around. Eventually he got to a big open feild. Night began to fall, and he finally caught their scent. He began to run towards it and he saw it, the fabeled Vampieria. He walked towards the gate where he was stoped and checked. A vampire in silver armor walked right up to him.

"Stae your buisness, you filthy werewolf," he said angrily.

"Now I believe we're all above name calling. I come bearing an important message, from King Lunacrest himself."

"Wait a minute, I know you, your the king's brat. Alright, but you're getting an escort. We wouldn't want you doing anything."

The guard guided him through their settlement. The place was beautiful. He suddenly came towards two giant doors. When he walked inside He looked upon the Vampire king. Beside him sat the princess, Lelouch feelt the blood rush to his cheeks, he couldn't stop staring at her. When the king began to speak the spell and he prepared himself.

I sat there waiting for the messenger to enter in the main room. When he did, I did not like how he kept staring at me every few minutes, but I just ignored it.
"So tell me, werewolf," My spoke load and clear, "why have you come to our domain?"
I narrowed my eyes waiting for his answer.
He cleared his throat, "Greetings, your Highness," he bowed, "My name is Prince Lelouch Lunacrest, my father king Lunacrest, wishes to try an other peace treaty, in order to insure a better future for our kind...." I stopped listening after awhile.
"A peace treaty...," I mocked to myself, "Pah! He must be mad to think we would ever agree to such a thing." Then after the prince finally finished his speech, my father sat in his throne, stroking his bread thoughtfully.
"Very well," he finally answered, "I will come to this peace talk, but do tell your father not to expect much from this. As always, these events have never had a knack for working out quite well."
"Well, this one might be different," the prince countered.
"Perhaps..."
Rage boiled inside me, I could not believe what I was hearing. Then just all at once it bursted out like lava exploding from a volcano, "What!?" I shouted with rage and disbelief, "You must be jesting father! It was just this morning that you were telling me how silly and foolish such events are!" I stood up and threw my hands in air, "How- How could you even consider even listening to this-" I pointed at the werewolf, "Mutt!"
My father shouted back in anger, "Silence, Isolde!" He stood up as well, "How dare speak about our guest in such a manner! We have been like this for over 100 years, it is time to move on!" I glared over to the werewolf, he seemed surprised and shocked by my out burst.
"But-" I was gonna start again.
"Enough!" he roared, I obeyed, "Now sit down, and hold your tongue." He looked over to the werewolf prince, "My apologises," he bowed.
"It is alright," he returned the bow, "As being part of the 3 clans, one grows use to these offenses...." After that, we let him stay at the castle that night to rest for his journey home that he would take the next day.

Lelouch bowed, "It was a pleasure to meat you King Angelio. I hope that we may be able to work together for a brighter future." When he turned, he saw the Princess Isolde scowling. "Is something the matter?" She just stared coldly at him, "Alright then..."

Lelouch left the throne room and went straight to the room he was given. He sat his pack down and got out a small black book. He got out a bolle of ink and began to scribble down quick notes on what had happened today.

'I meet a strange Princess. Her name is Isolde de Angelio. She seems to be rather cold. I think something must have happened to her in the past to make her have the concept that all others outside her clan are bad. It saddens me for her because I know there is good in every society, no matter how corrupt it may seem. The same unfortunately seems to go for evil as well.'

Lelouch crawled into the bed and just stared out side at the moon. It was nearly full, 'That may prove to be a problem eventually. Good thing I brought a wolvesbane potion just in case.' He turned to the oil lamp and blew it out. While he sat there, he could not get that princess out of her head. Was it sympathy he felt for her? His own mother died long ago when a Hunter tried to shot at him when he was 70 years old. He still had nightmares to this day about it. Why, he would never know. He began to drift out of conscienceness and feel into the darkness of sleep.

Sneaking into this dump was so much easier then I though, mused Amaya as she confidently walked through the palace. Her mission: Assisanite a member of the royal family. She was aiming for the princess, make it easier then the king. Plus the old man would be so upset... Yeah, she wasn't expecting to live, which is why she brought a few Hunters with her just in case she died so they could bring her body back. She sighed, wondering where to go. She thought, tapping her foot on the marble tile, while drumming her fingers on the wall. She heard armored footsteps coming at a brisk pace down the hall. She cursed under her breath and walked behind a pillar. The guards walked right past her, heading for a door on their left. Amaya stepped out and pulled her hood over her head. Her sturdy black boots made no noise as she walked down the corridors of the ordinate palace. She was waring a dress to look like a commoner or something but had her Hunter uniform on underneath. She found a very large door, probably to the throne room. It was made out of gold and had very beautiful pictures on it. She moved closer and reached out to touch it. As her long fingered hand made contact with the gold door she gasped as a rush of coldness ran through her. Instead of seeing her hand resting on the door she saw something different, from a while ago. Amaya was a Seer, a Seer of the past.

A young woman with very pale skin walked down the hall and strode very quickly towards the door yelling, "FATHER!!" She twirled her long brown hair until the large gold doors opened and they shut silently behind her.

"So that's the princess... Seems annoying, the world will be glad to get rid of her."

"What do you mean Madam?" Said a voice from behind her.

Amaya's eyes went very large as she slowly turned towards the voice. A male vampire with the uniform of a guard stood before her. She realized that she wouldn't look like one of them but the hood helped, a little. Amaya crossed her arms and said, "Well I see that I have done nothing wrong and I shall just take my leave-"

The guard stepped in front of her and barred her way. Great, this is going to be hard, she thought. Amaya ducked and the man expected her to just duck under his arm, he was wrong. The Hunter kicked his legs out from under him and then reached up and undid her bun, letting her hair fall down her back.

"Innocet hair pins or deadly poisons weapons. See I don't spend money on both!"

Amaya triumphantly stabbed her poison needles into the man's chest then ran down the hall, her cloak forgotten on the floor. Amaya skidded down a hall then took a sharp turn, jumping over a servant who had spilled water on the floor. She flew down another hall and took a sharp turn to the left, where she met six guards.

"Oh... Damn!"

She turned and ran the other way, the guards ran after her. The little chase ended when Amaya skidded into a wall and hit her head. She didn't remember what happened after that. All she knew was that it hurt, a lot.

Isolde sat on her bed, furious as hell! She wanted an expiation from her father, but knew she would never get one. Besides, she could guess what was going on anyway.
After a few more minutes she stud up and went out on to her balcony. the castle had a beautiful view of the countryside around the area. It was dawn at the time and slowly the sun was beginning to rise up from the ground. usually a vampire would hate the idea of being out during the day, but she loved it. the sun made her feel happy and full of warmth when it's rays hit her skin, but of course nature would eventually get the best of her and she would have to get inside. Than actually after half an hour she did go back inside. By now the werewolf would be up and be preparing for his next stop at their castle.
Then as I went out into the halls I heard a lot of commotion. I talked to one of the maids to find out what it was. "What's going on?"
"Oh, my lady!" she bowed, "Have you not heard?"
I shook my head.
"Hunters were found in the castle, they were sent to kill you."

Lelouch awoke from his sleep when he heard something crash into the wall. He quickly got his pants on and grabbed his sword. He went outside to see a young hunter girl being carried off.

'What was that about? Oh well,' he sighed, 'I guess I should say my good byes to everybody and be on my way.'

He went back in to the room he was give. He got dressed in his traveling clothes and headed toward the throne room. When he got inside he was quickly confronted by the princess.

"You...You filthy mutt! You lead them to our home!" She was very angry. She looked like she would attack at any minute.

"Lead who to the castle? I have no idea what you are talking about."

The old Vampire king began to speak, "She speaks of the Hunter child that came with several others in order to make an attempt on my daughter's life. They failed miseribly, but they arrived shortly after you did, so it does seem likely you were apart of this consperacy."

Lelouch felt a pang of anger, "Why would I want to make an attempt on Miss Isolde's life, I just meet her. And I am here upon my father's behalf trying to make peace. I know in the past this has failed," he stamped his foot making a small crater in the stone, "but it is better than doing nothing. If you wish to hold me prisoner until this matter is resolved," He raised his arms up and dropped his pack and sword, "So be it. I shall willingly go to the dungeons."

Amaya was busy pacing in her small cell, wondering how she had gotten into this mess. She had inspected the bars, they were not rusty enough to be broken. She paced around and the guard watched her with wide eyes. Amaya was very pretty and her Hunter uniform suited her. She noticed the vampire staring at her and smiled, "Well, when will I die?"

She had said the words so causally the vampire thought that the Hunter knew she was going to fail. He was correct.

"We will have to wait for the King to decide to speak to you, then you will be executed, well... Most likely anyway."

Amaya nodded and decided that if she was going to be in here for a bit she might as well talk to someone. She pushed the small wooden chair closer to the bars so she could talk to the guard.

"What's your name?" She asked. The guard seemed shocked that she had continued to speak.

"I am Ethan. You are?"

Amaya laughed, it sounded like a human name, not a vampire one.

"I am Amaya Antria. I guess I'm a noble though I wish I didn't have to kill. I don't enjoy it as much as the others seem to. You have to kill in our clan or you get killed by your own family."

She sighed and leaned her head against the bars. The vampire said, "Are you joking? We thought all Hunters were power twisted killing machines."

Amaya laughed though this time it was harsh and it made her sound slightly insane, as if the cold silence of the prison had already broken her spirit.

"I thought that is what you would think... Everyone thinks we are all evil. My friend Rosa is but a humble weaver and she finds that other..."

Amaya stopped, thinking about Rosa was to painful. She would never see her best friend again. Amaya did something a Hunter did never do. She burst into tears. The guard was shocked, he had never seen a Hunter break down as this one did. He went against all his training and opened the door to Amaya's cell to comfort her. He patted her on the shoulder and talked to her. She was thinking about stealing his keys and locking him in the cell but decided against it. She might get off if she had a guard on her side. As he left and locked the door behind him she heard footsteps coming from the stairs. She turned to look and saw a werewolf boy, flanked by two guards. She smiled as the one guard said to Ethan, "The King will see the Hunter scum now."

Amaya was shocked but she said nothing. She waited for Ethan to unlock her cell and both guards lead her up the stairs to the Throne Room. Once inside Amaya gasped and stood stock still, her eyes black. Amaya's seeing ability had been activated again.

A vampire king sat on a gold throne and next to him a queen. Next to the queen sat a little girl. A man swept into the room and he had a Hunter Uniform on. The royal family gasped as the Hunter drew a sword and a fistful of poison needles. He threw the needles at the king. The queen hopped up from her throne and jumped in front of her husband, the needles embedded themselves in the woman's chest. She fell the the ground and lay there, slowly ding.

Amaya came back to the present and sank to her knees. She couldn't believe that someone had given their life for someone else. She hid her face in her hands and didn't look up at the disapproving princess or the old king.

Winter was sitting on a hill, out in a clearing. She raised her muzzle, letting out a howl. After that, she turned back to human, starting to walk back. She then heard a noise, a vicious noise, and turned back to wolf form.

"Now that's a beautiful wolf..." A hunter murmured. Winter heard that and bolted off, running and jumping back into her window, making a loud thud. She then turned back.

"Winter? Are you okay?" A voice asked. It was her foster mother.

"Eh... yeah, mom..." Winter lied. She crawled back out of her window, and went for a walk. She sighed boredly, walking to the river. She didn't care about her life, she just wanted someone special. She was lonely and hated it. She looked down, in the water, some tears falling into the crystal clear water.

Winter then felt tense. Something was very wrong. She then shook her head. "So... another werewolf has been captured by vampires?" she asked herself, sighing again.

When the two vampires lead him to his cell, the put a silver coller around his neck and silver shackles on his arms and legs. They began to laugh, "Don't think you can escape now, no Werewolf has ever broken out of our Mage's reinforced silver."

"That thought never crosed my mind," Lelouch dropped down into the corned and began to think, 'Well I can't escape because one, I'll probably get caught and get in more trouble. And two, it'll probably shatter all chance of both our clans obtaining peace one day.' He hit the wall in frustration, 'I wish things were still the way they were when Winter was still around.'

'I would ran around the courtyard chasing a female werewolf with silver hair. We were laughing as we played our game of tag. When I transformed into a wolf and knocked her down she only did the samething and we play fought.

"So what's your name, I'm Lelouch Lunacrest," I extended his hand and helped her up.

"Winter Love," She said smiling back, "So what do you want to do now?"

"I dunno, I have to go home, I'll see you tomarrow, want to meet here?"

"Sure, that sounds delightful."

'We'd meet, play together, talk, and just lay on the ground staring up into the open space. Then the dreaded day came that she dissapeared. I waited so long, I began to get so worried,' Lelouch began to draw in the dust a small circle in the dust, 'I waited and waited the next couple days, but she never showed. I went to a place where her scent was apperent, I knocked on the door. A man began to yell at me and said he'd kill me if I ever brought her up infront of him again.'

Lelouch comanded the earth making up the brick in the wall push out so he could see the outside. He felt the wind blow upon his face, when he smelled something fimilar.

'No, it couldn't be her, could it? No, the soldiers pronounced her dead.'

Winter sighed, then morphed again, running, following the scent of her old friend, Lelouch. She turned up at a castle, the turned back to a human. She saw a brick outside of the castle, and picked it up, then looked in the hole.

She then noticed something about the boy in the cage like room. "L-L-Lelouch?" she asked. She heard him reply. "Winter?" he asked. "Oh my gosh, Lelouch!" She squealed quietly. "Where did you go? When we were young I went looking for you..." he murmured. "I ran away, my dad was getting mean. He had already killed my mom, and he kept threatening to kill me..." she replied.

Winter just kept smiling, since she was overjoyed to see Lelouch. She used to have a crush on him as a kid, and she talked to him about that. She then heard someone open the door to his room, and she hid. "Why is there a missing brick?!?" A voice boomed. "I just wanted to see outside. Staring at a wall is no fun, sir." Lelouch answered the voice. She just growled.

Isode sat there quietly as the hunter girl was being trialed by her father. She hated the thought of letting the hunter and the her companions go, but she would agree with what ever her father would choose to do with her.

"How can you even asked that of me!?" Isode roared, "She tried to kill me!"
"I know, my dear, I know," her father replied calmly, "but I believe that it is time to change, If we do not, how can we expect them to?"
"Like I care," She growled, "I could of ended up like mother."
"I know this...."
"Then why let her go?" Isolde paused, trying to clam herself down, "If we do, she'll just come back again with more."
"No, you will return her home with the wolf prince. I want you to serve as a vampire ambassador to the hunters."
Her jaw dropped at the sound of these words, "Okay," she nodded her head, "Who are you and what have you done with my father?"
"Don't talk to me like that!" his eves narrowed, "I am your father, I just think it's about time to move on with my life. I'm getting to old to keep holding on to grudges of the past any longer. After all, I'm about 645 years old."
She dropped her gaze away from her father, she could hardly believe what she was hearing. The finally after a long hard sigh, she replied, "I will thin about and walked away.

After that talk with her father, amazingly she ran into her uncle, Duke Matteo de Angelio.
"Well meet, uncle," she greeted him with a bow.
"Well met, niece," he bowed as well, then we embraced each other in a warm hug, I usually came to him when I needed some advice of some kind, "How are you this evening, my dear?" he asked me. Than after that Isode proceeded to tell him of the recent events of her talk with her father and how now she is trying to figure out what she should do next.
"You should, do as he ask," Matteo concluded after hearing the story, "I myself am as shock as to hear such a tale of my brother, but you are his daughter and princess, not queen of our people, so you must obey his word."
"They killed my mother..." she reminded him bitterly.
"I know," he said, "I remember the day as if it was yesterday, and I am quite aware of your feeling for them, but you must put them side,"
"Why?" she growled through my teeth.
"Because your father, doesn't have much more time to fulfill your mothers wishes."

That conversation kept on replaying in Isode's head over and over again. Never once stopping to let her have a breather from it. She shifter her gaze from the hunter girl to her father, never once had he every mention that he was sick, not once, but now that she took a good look of him, she realized that the words were true. He looked unusually extra pail for even a vampire and when he walked about he would move quite slowly, more slowly than he should. There were many more other things to it was well, but those were only the most obvious to he and it was now quite clear to her that her was dying.
"Do you have anything else to say?" the king asked finally at the conclusion of the trial.
"Nothing," she replied to my father then she turned her gaze to me, "But I am sorry, princess."
Isode narrowed her eyes at her, "very well...." I uttered through my teeth, I will return with you to your home.
The hunter girl's mouth dropped to the floor.
"The werewolf prince has contacted us and will soon contact your people as well," her voice rang through the throne room. "He and I will come back with you and negotiate a peace treaty between our 3 people." that was my final sentence in the trial, then she began to walk away to retrieve the wolf from his cell, and leave with hunter.

Winter heard someone coming, and hid. She watched the castle quietly. Winter then jumped as a growl emerged from the trees. She morphed and growled at the noise...

Out came a wolf. Not a werewolf, just a wolf. Must think I'm in it's territory... I thought to myself. The wolf then lunged for me, but I dodged, grabbing it's neck in my mouth, crushing the wind pipe.


Back at Winter's house...

"Winter? Are you there?" Her foster mom asked. No answer. "Winter?" she said, louder. She went to open the door, but it was locked. She ran down the stairs, and got Winter's foster dad. He grabbed a pin and unlocked the door. They stepped in, and she was gone. But, there was a note. Mom, Dad, don't worry that I'm gone. I have gone to see if I can find my long lost friend. We haven't seen each other in years, and I really miss him. Love, Winter.

Lelouch looked upon the beautiful vampire princess, the lady Isolde. He was filled with bewilderment as to why she had come to see him. There was a long awkward silence between the two of them.

Lelouch finally broke the silence, "Ah, the Lady Isolde. To what honor do I owe upon this visit? I hope it's nothing grim, I have a feeling I'll be meeting an old friend soon, and I wish not to make her sad."

She clinched her fists, "My father has ordered that you be released immediately, and asks you to go with me and the Hunter girl back to her home and act as ambassadors. Do you except?"

"Of course, one small thing though, can I bring a friend along? I will take full responsiblity for her."

She rolled her eyes, "Whatever floats your," she triped over a stone. Lelouch quickly grabbed her. Things were silent for a moment then she turned red and began to yell and hit at Lelouch, "Take your hands off me!"

"Sorry, I just didn't want you to fall. Are you alright? Did this hunter girl do something to you," He asked, fixing her hair alittle, "I know they are strange, and I don't like a lot of the things in their culture, but that does not mean we can not help each other. Sure we may fight, and there is hatred, but people are so petty and hold onto their anger, and that is why we can not move forward. I shall see you again, Lady Isolde, I will meet you at the castle gates when I am ready at sunset, I need to prepare my things then find Winter, I caught her scent a while ago."

He left the castle and began to track down Winter, her scent was still fresh so she couldn't be far. When he went out to the side of the castle he saw her in a bush. She came out of the bush and he feelt the blood rush to his cheeks, she had definately changed.

"Winter, it's so very nice to meet you again," He gave her a quick hug and felt the warmth of the skin that he hadden't felt for so long, "I'm sorry to ask a favor so soon, but will you go with me on a trip? It's with the Lady Isolde and a Hunter girl. I know you probably won't feel comftrible, so if you do not wish to go, you may not. It is up to you. I am happy just to see you once again."
