Be more specific! Is that on a mission or is the game screwed up? If it's on a mission you need to drive there and do something. Check the mission briefing first and then do what it says there.

I bet your stuck on bomb da base when after you complete part one the only thing on the map is 8 balls. Try going there ok.

if you've completed Bomb Da Base Act 1 already, you still need to complete the second part by driving to that 8. The 8 stands for 8-Ball's place. He will go with you to the docks. After you get to the blue space, he will tell you to get a vantage point. There is a dot on the map at this point find the stairs near this dot and get situated. Just kill the guards that get in 8-Ball's way FAST! It sounds hard, but after a couple of tries you'll get it.
