	I'm running this game and a brand new pantium 4, 2.6 GHz, with 1Gig of RAM, and 64 MB NVIDIA card and even with the lowest graphic settings the framerate sucks to high heaven. It's unplayeable. I've tried to install the patch, but the latest version of the game apparently doesn't need it. The only time I get an acceptable framerate is when I'm out of the car and looking at the ground!! Anyone got any Ideas?

	Your video card may be the problem. What exactly is it? If it is a geforce 2, it isn't going to get a good framerate. ------------------- .:[Sega Forum\|Nintendo Forum]:.
