If you have graphic problems or something like that and you have Windows XP, go and download at this site: http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Patch/Q306676/WXP/EN-US/Q306676_WXP_SP1_x86_ENU.exe. I downloaded and it worked! I was so happy after that! Can't guarantee that it will work though.

I thought I'd post this, which is just a copy and paste from a site, and a bit more from some other sites. So this is what to do if you are having problems:
In-Game Options Menu The simplest method of uping the games performance here is to disable Dynamic Acoustic Modeling and select the correct audio hardware. There are options for a variety of hardware, select the one nearest to yours, it will not let you select hardware that you do not have, so experiment with Rad Games Tools ASX 3D Audio if you have 4.1 or better speakers and Miles Fast 2D positional Audio if you only have stereo. Don't bother with DSound Software Mode unless all else fails. Prbably thess options are the cause of your problems. Turn off Frame Synch, the Limiter & most importantly trails which makes everything unwatchable in the first place. Once these are disabled the game stops being a 4 frames a second mess and looks almost playable. The Frame Limiter does just what is says and hold the game to 30fps. If you are still suffering with choppy play, a symptom caused by the frame rate yo-yoing, turn this feature back on. You can turn off the subtitles too, but as some of the briefing speech is difficult to understand, I left it on. I normally run games at 1280 x 960, but as you can see 1024 x 768 is a high as I can go without the game being unacceptable choppy. 16 or 32 Bit made no difference on my GForce 2, time to buy a new card methinks. Reducing the game to 800 x 600 makes every thing run a smooth as silk, which makes this game the first one in a couple of years using D3D or OpenGL that brings my PC to its knees. You should also reduce the draw distance if your graphics card isn't a GF4 or a Radeon 8500. It means obejects materialise as you drive round the city, but it does seem to help. How many MP3's are you talking about here? I have about fifteen MP3's and I haven't noticed any slowing effects thus far.
