Ok, I sort of messed up my CD right? So I used a No CD mod that replaces the GTA3.exe. Only problem is I can't install the patch which fixes the load save problem. Can someone tell me who made the Mod and if there is a new version that fixes the problem. I'm so depressed now:(

i cant load saved games, whenever i try to it says some error msg, and i have to return to windows and gta3 shuts down...could somebody please help me?

Well, did you load it to the first slot? Also make sure that you don't double click or click too fast.

yep, its in the first slot, when i try to load a saved game the little blue bar thing (loading bar) eill fill up and so thats when you should start playing, but instead it just stops and i here a sound, so i go to windows and it says an error hasoccured or something like that, and then gta3 closes

can somebody please help?!

You borked up installing a mod, that's the problem.

My sound is really fuzzy and "echos." How do I fix this?

Hey, don't know about the sound problem, I get it sometimes and other times it sounds almost crystal clear, even on my crappy speakers. Anyways, sorry I couldn't help but I wanted to know if anyone knows how to correctly import a skin. I tried putting in snoop dogg and must have missed a step cuz now my guy has a weird outfit and eyes on the side of his head. Any help would be nice, even if it was a stupid mistake

With Snoop Dogg, you have to get the latest version of IMG tool (1.3), go in the GTA3 img file or whichever one player.dff is located at.. extract player.dff, delete player.dff, then add the player.dff that came with Snoop Dogg THEN use the skin.. it'll look normal then.

Ha I finally have answers. Apparently, GTA3 was having trouble accessing my cd drive for the sound files so I went rockstar's website and started lookig for anything hat might help. I found a patch that allowed me to copy the audio from the play cd to my hard drive which in turn alieviated my terret syndrome game speed. So now all is well.

i downloaded the game from kazaa it runs well until y make start a new game then like in the 75% of the download its stops whats happening?

please help me

My Gta3 used to work fine, but now it just pauses for like 5mins , and the main screen with the charectors on takes ages, what is up, how can i sort it out, im so pissed off, i wanted to start playing it again and now its *bleep*ing up

Thats it ive *bleep*ing had it, i just uninstalled alot of stuff, i had 7gb and now i have 12gb
argh i deleted most of my downloads!. and i got that thing u put in user data that makes people look like lego men, AND ITS STILL DOING IT!
what i dont understand is how it used to work but isnt now!
i also have the 1.1 patch installed!

isnt there anything i can do!!
its pausing for ages, and choppy,
