	I don't know if this is the right thread so if not please tell me where I need to go. I have a laptop and was wondering if it will run on it. I hear that it was not running well on laptops. I have a Dell Inspiron 4100 with a Pentium III and running XP. Thank you in advance.

	Bizzy-I read that to and that is why I am asking....I just wanted to see if there was anyone here who was able to run it on a laptop bug free for the most part.....

	Dude I think your going to have to get a new computer your specs are a little low. Even my game runs really slow and I have: 256 RD ram 10 gb free geforce 2mx 64mb athlon 1.333 processor Does anyone know whats up with my game it runs really slow and I have only 20 songs on the MP3station. Btw I have all draw distances down and trails off but it's really slow and if I need to update my drivers will someone tell me how to do that. ------------------- And then I woke up.

Well, R* has said that GTAIII is not officially supported on laptops. It's kind of hit-or-miss, you're either lucky or you're not. Might as well give it a try, but I don't think it'll work out too well...XP seems to be having problems and to top it off, your computer isn't supported. If you want to update your drivers, then click on one of the links in my first post (depends which video card you have), and the rest should be pretty self explanatory. If you want to find out which video card you have, then right-click on your desktop and go to display, and it should tell you there. Edit: Added bit about how to find out about what graphics card you are using. 	Oh, good thats probley the reason why it goes slow.. Ohyeah and just a reminder, try using all the tips that D Ice, Nut Case, Dynamite [(for fixin the link)(We're gonna miss you old bud!)], and me have posted in the first few posts. Good lord, man, that is one old computer. I'm sorry to say that it is quite obsolete. For your 1450 pounds (sorry, I'm in America, don't have a key for that), you could now buy a very nice system, about 1.7 Ghz (1700 Mhz), a nice sound card, 64 MB video card, 256 or even 512 SDRAM, and a very sizable hard drive (about 40 gigs). ------------------- Blessed are the bewildered, for they won't notice the difference!
