Have all 4x4 missions done,
Have Mafia,Diablo,Yakuza,and Hoods Rc Car Missionsdone,
Have all 100 Hidden Packages,
All 20 Unique Jumps cleared,
All 20 rampages,
Have 20 vigilante missions done on each island,
Put out 20 fires from fire truck mission on each island,
Have 100 taxi fares,
Complete level 12 on Ambulance Missions,
Have import/export garages complete in Portland and Shoreside
All emergency vehicles delivered to Portland docks (Rhino(tank), Enforcer(SWAT), Ambulance, Cop Car, FBI Car, Fire Truck, Barracks OL)

Note: You must have 73/73 missions complete

Ok I would like to know where the toyz missions are. I remember some RC missions from the other GTA's So can I get a hint as to where they are???????

There are 4 rc missions for the missions you get into a toyz truck and drive rc cars with bombs into other cars. One truck is across the street from mamas resturaunt(where you get missions from tony) the secound truck is in the parking lot in hepburn heights around the corner from an El train entrance(connected to the same parking lot as the el burro phone). The third is across the street from kenjis casino in staunton and the last is on shourside on the oppisite side of your hideout behind some billboards

Can somebody please explain how to start the multi-storey mayhem mission? I didn't think this deserved a new thread. I've been in every vehicle on every story before and after beating the game. I took Stallions to every level and got in and out of them, to no avail. Any advice? Please help on this one.

You just get in a stallion close to the Multistorey carpark in SI (near hideout).
