Looks like CodeJunkie missed this bit.

There's a program out now that can modify your health (up to 999), armor, change car colors, teleport, change ammo, create your own cheat strings, flight assistance, lock your car doors, BP/FP/EP/DP, change the speed, the weight, car names, stop car alarms, complete rampages, taxi missions, ambulances, make your own keyboard shortcuts (binding things to a key) .. basically, edit every single thing in the game. It works, too. I'm in a Landstalker with BP/EP/FP/DP on, car doors locked.. Police can't get to me if their life depended on it. There's about 80 locations to warp to, and you can even create your own locations to warp to.. meaning, if you got to D.Love's Penthouse, you could set up a location there, and warp there whenever you want.

This is some German thing, but this thing 100% freakin works. You can even fly to the top of D.Love's building in a Landstalker with flight assistance mode on.

I'm hosting the files, as I lost the site with it all on there. When installing, just hit OK to everything, then set the path for the GTA3.exe file. Then, once in-game, alt+tab and mess a bit with it.

To get these files, RIGHT CLICK AND SAVE THE LINK TARGET AS. You should only need ONE of the files.

I got the full version and it didn't work, but I got the one with JUST the .exe file in it, and it worked.

To work with flight assistance, go to 'Car Tracking'. Set it as high as you wish. I'm currently in a BP/EP/FP/DP Police car with locked doors and wanted level 3 flying around in Liberty City. In effect, it's like being Peter Pan, because you can't really fall down from the sky.


OK, sweet, you CAN'T fall from the sky.. hit 9 to exit flight mode, 8 to start it up.. use 7&9 to turn it in the air. This is great, it goes up without you doing anything and you can just float around. Can't wait to get in the dodo and fly it a bit

It did it auto for me a few times, but now it won't work again. I'm having dogfights with the helicopter in the police car.. doing drive-by's

I've had this thing for a few days now and it is the greatest mod/trainer/program yet, some similar things to gameshark codes for the ps2 like the warping, plus so many new things..... now you can go 1 on 20 with the army in the street and kick serious ass, god mode is finaly possible. mwahahaha the carnage. I love the flip car button, now I never need to change cars again, if i flip it, i just flip it back .

Anyone who hasn't downloaded this yet...do it now.

Use shortcut keys for the warp.

Get in a car, go to car tracker, set doors to locked.. should work. people can't jerk you out

still dont work...but the warps do.

I downloaded what looks to be a awesome program but when I went to boot it up it says "Enter the path of GTA3.exe". So I enter the path but nothing happens it just pops back up and asks again. And if I give it a wrong path it says something about something being wrong with the car colors. Does anyone know what I need to do?

First off I love the hacking program. But I do have many questions. I found that you must have the console running in the background in order for the changes to take effect. However I can only get certin parts to work. I have read the instructions, but do not understand some things. I can get the health and armor to increace, and get the weapons. I can not figure out how to A: make it to where the M16 has no reload-(I have 500 in the 1st box checked, and 500 in the 2nd box also checked- still have reload animation-and B: Can not get the part where you can add a temperary weapon (uzi) to shift. I have tried many things including, Adding the switch to temp. weapon keyboard shortcut to the shift key (and many others) and making sure that other option about activating the alternitive weapon thing, as I got from the read me. Yet everytime I try to switch nothing happens. Is there some other apply button or something to make stuff work? (besides in the keyboard section, I belive I know what that is) How also does the flight assist work? Do you have to use the "flying car" cheat and check the "flight asst." box? Or just check the box. I can not get the cars to spawn in the parking places, change the color and specs (Bp,Fp,Ep,Dp,) of my car. I can make the "sub-missions" activate. As you can see I am having many problums using this. Any and all input wold be helpfull please.

Hmm.. make sure you're in the car for the BP/etc series.

Also, for flight assistance, go to Car Tracking, then go to flight assistance. I have mine set at 15%. Drive, hit the number 8, and you start going up!

Also, the / key on the numberpad increases a car's speed by 5%!

Word of advice: Don't max out the speed.. I barely touched the gas button.. and I flew from Staunton to Portland and landed in the water.. on the other side of Portland!
