re: training

There is a graph some where on the players profiles under the training heading that will tell you exactly which stats each training category effects, that helped me out a lot when making training schedules.

A few tips, I give strength and speed training to every position.

Stikers need a lot of shooting, ball control and tactics and maybe some attacking depending what you want from them, but they don't really need much (or any) defending.

Center backs need defending, ball control, tactics and I like to give them a bit of shooting to top up there composure stat as I think this is helpful for a defender though I'm not 100% on that, maybe some attacking depending if you want them to be able to pass well (or at least not pass the ball straight to the opposition striker 2 feet from your goal, as my defenders sometimes do ).

Well hopefully you get the general idea, its just trial and error. You need to know which training categories affect which stats and then if you see a stat going down just give them more of the right training category so it goes back up and eventually you will find a balance where all the important stats are going up or at least staying the same. Also it helps a lot if you tick that little box or whatever that shows if there stats are going up or down on there profile so you don't have to us memory quite so much to see if its working.

Do you know how set up your coaching staff? or do you need help with that too?
