I edited the database in FM Editor to reflect Man City's new financial status and gave them Robinho, Santa Cruz, Kompany etc just like real life.
Is it cheating if I am Man City now? | |

Not necessarily, a data update would do exactly that. But did you make other changes to other clubs to reflect their changes as well? Only benefitting your club would reflect cheating to an extent.
