Major annoyances on FM2007:

Still too slow even on top end machines
No matter what, you are destined to go undefeated in 3 or 4 games but then stumble, no matter what you do in your first season
Nobody seems to want to come to your club in the Championship on loan (even if you are in the top 3) but the same player will decide to go to a bottom 3 side
Way too many players having goal droughts
The complaint system is worthless. When I watched a replay of an offside goal against me, I complained, but then it still said that I had no grounds to complain since it was clearly the right decision ?!?!

Anybody else notice any major annoyances in this game?

yes, thats another one. Currently managing Leicester, I try to take John Mikel Obi on loan from Leicester. HE has 'no intention' of joining me, but then, Hull, right at the bottom of the league with just 13 points from 41 matches, have taken him on loan! And he says he wants to make the move permanent!

Would have to say i disagree with many of your points....

1) Too Slow. No chance, i have a laptop 1.5 years old nothing special only paid £399 for it and even with huge database the game is more than quick enough. Logest wait is for the game to start but thats only ever 45 seconds.

2) Stumble after 4-5 games. Yes this seems to be the case but learn form it and realise that you need to change your formation or starting line-up from time to time depending on your opponents. Surely this is a major quality of a good manager? I am currently on unbeaten run of11 games with Carshalton in Conference South.

3) No experience in champoinship but of course some players prefer to go to other clubs for many reason. Perhaps the player lives closer, perhaps he has a foundness of the other team, perhaps he doesn't like your style of management, the list is endless.

4) goaldroughts. Would disagree

5) Complaint sytem is worthless. As it is in real life. When in real life did someone actually successfully complain about an offside decision?

You sound like you would defend FM unto death, like many FMites.

i also seem to always get off to a bad start to a season usually don't win a match until the 3rd or 4th game, and i'm usually tottenham and don't have very difficult games at the start, eg reading or sheffield united
