Start a new game, pick ur team u want to manage... When it says add another manager choose yes, then pick chelsea as ur second user... Press the left trigger for the go to menu And find the team u picked to manage then buy there worst player for 100m... You have to wait for the deal to go thru b4 retiring as d 2nd manager... If you want more than 100m jst sell chelsea players And keep buyin the worst players in your team for big money.
