i have two questions and need information, i made two sims and put them to bed and they woke up on fire and they died, what happened, i made sure they ate and all else was good, another problem i had a cat in another family and it kept getting stuck in the carpet, so i got rid of the cat, why does this happen, i have seasons for the last game can you tell me what happened,

Sounds like some pretty serious glitches to me because that kind of things are not suppose to happen. Have you downloaded the latest patch?

thank you and i just did the patch for the seasons, but its still red on the thermometer, i didnt try another pet to see if it got stuck in the carpet but im more worried about the thermometer for they burn up and i cant even get it to turn green like it is suppose to be, if you know of anyone who has the same problem can you ask them what they did, thank you again for responding so fast,

This might sound stupid, but do you have a roof over your house? I know if your sims don't have a roof over their house, snow will fall in and they'll freeze in winter. Maybe it's the same case in summer, but I've never tried.

If that's not the problem, I would set the season to winter and then try bringing down their temperature by getting them to play outside in the snow. Hopefully that'll reset the glitch.

I think it was a glitch for the first one. For the second one, it happened to me too.[: please can someone sort this problem out!!!!!

i think i know ur problem. did u use boolprop? because boolprop can mess up ur game and cause some serious glitches in the game. NEVER USE BOOLPROP!!!!!! i've never used it before but ive heard lots of people say they had to re-install the game 6-10 times! so did u use boolprop, cause it sounds like u did. if u got a roof, then its probably boolprop...if u used it. hope u figure out whats going on.

That would be glitches ha ha...although if the sims in bed were on the second floor then there could have been a fire downstairs and it came upstairs.
