 Topic: is it normal to have frame rate drop ??

well for me it drop here and there i just wonder if this normal like when i just finish load my skirmish savegame sometimes there would be frame rate drop for like 5-6 seconds before it return to normal and also like when you moving around the map too fast it will drop a little too here's my specs. core 2 duo @2.8
