By beating every mission. The most annoying is where you fight sasuke and you cant use jutsu, cant use secret technique and you can't miss an attack. So basically if you do any of those you lose. So i suggest just throwing stars at him and stalling for 99 seconds XD

thanks but i tried that and he catches up to me and hits me so i lose but then i found out that if you dash onto him and do a combo he loses alot of life with naruto so i just kept on doing that and now i am hokage and my favorite player is itachi and max him out and also kisame and naruto they are all maxed out
