Deck advice

I need a little help with a deck I made a long time ago. (Like 2 years ago, lol) I had posted the deck on here but no one really ever said anything about it, so I don't know if this deck is any good or not. What I would like is any helpful advice anyone can give me to make this deck better, as well as give the deck a letter grade. (F, D-, etc.)

I pretty much quit Yu-Gi-Oh! all together, but recently I feel like playing the video games again. I tried to remember my deck recipe from this game and I recently searched for it here and found it, lol. It was posted almost exactly 2 years ago. Even though you may think the deck is bad, I am proud of it since it was the best deck I ever made. Even though I look at it now and see some things that I could have added, lol. Without further delay, here is my original post:
