I'll tell you. At one point when you are going through Mystic Mansion, you will come to a slippery downhill ramp with two holes in it. The token is behind a cobweb to your right, but to get to it you will need the plunger, and needless to say, the helmet. what you have to to is face the cobweb, stand totally still, and then press the square button to break the web. Then you will bee inside to grab the Creeper Monster Token and a bunch of scooby snacks!

The specific level is Panic in the Attic: Part 2.
