	In Super Street Fighter 2 turbo what is the best way of getting t.Hawk's cyclone out?i.e it is difficult to do the circular motion on the PS2 game pad. I know the directional commands to get Guile's Super combo out but it never works.I wonder if it helps using certain fingers to get both these motions out.I look forward to any help I receive.Thanks very much.
