I love the Ridge Racer series. It's my second favourite next to GT. I have Rage Racer, RRtype4 and Ridge Racer V.
My personal favourite is Rage Racer. All I could wish for is to have more than 40 cars, since Ridge Racer on the PSP had 54 cars & Ridge Racer 2 has 62 cars.

Ive done Angelus and Crinale and I have 2 opus races left to do. Some game designer was obviously laughing their ass off when they made those races... Also, I was disppointed when I unclocked the Crinale, to find out that it had dynamic handling... ): but it's ultimate charge is amazing...

Yeah I hate the Dynamic handling cars. They are just way too sensitive for my taste and nothing I do can keep them from uncontrolled drifts. No matter how gentle I hit the stick the cars just fly all over the place. I wish there was a good technique I could figure out to control the dynamic drift vehicles.

Ditto, Chiro. There are some videos of people playing online with dynamic cars and doing really well...

That's the Ridge Racer style. There's really no alternative to getting used to it.

hi i'm ultraboy94. i've had this game for 2 weeks now (bought it £12.99 preowned) and i usually use mild or standard drift too. but i use dynamic when i have to (e.g. in the starnoze, raggio, etc), and a good way to do smaller drifts when drifting in dynamic is as soon as the enter the drift, push and hold the analog stick in the opposte direction to the direction you are drifting in. this also works quite well in standard cars, and, in rare cases, mild cars, too.

EDIT: wow, just got RSGP 100% complete, 100 manufacter points with everyone and won all UFRA special events. bring on the online battles!!

i am not a RR fan, lulz, but to be put, i am a master of DYN cars since i have good control over them, but i think i suck at MLD since i often crash since they r too thick.
