So, somebody please in simple terms explain Retiring, in the first EO, and in the second. I got a whole party up to level 70, retired them all, noticed no real differences, then got them all to level 70 again, which is apparently still the cap...why should I retire? And i have EOII, started playing it and knew it was awesome enough that I rushed out and bought EOI, will go to it once I finish the first, so I figure I'll ask now what the differences are too.

Retiring in EOI will allow you to reset you points so that you can shape them better
