Okay this thread is just asking everyone for their opinion of who would win in a fight the Death Star or the Star Forge.

I think that the Death Star is much better cause you can destroy planets with it in one shot. But the Star Forge can make stuff. But I think the Death Star is better.

The Death Star could destroy the Forge in one shot.

That's what I think. I think that before the Forge could start making stuff it would be over because it took the Death Star about five seconds to destroy Alderaan and it would do the same to the Forge.

The Star FOrge lived longer, since it was created by the Rakata and it was some thousand years before Revan discovered it.

The Death Star was built, destroyed a few years later, then built and destroyed again.

Well, even with that huge laser it wouldnt be able to take on a fleet sent out by the Forge. It takes a considerable time to charge up the main cannon of the Death Star, and with the Star Forge making thousands of ships, the Death Star would be easily overwhelmed. However, if the Death Star attaked the Star Forge, it could destroy the Forge in one shot. But even then the Forge's fleet would destroy the Death Star.

In a way, the Death Star has its own fleet too. Since its the Empire that built and operates it, the Empire could use its fleet to attack or defend.

Im still routing for the underdog. go MALAK! Darth Sidious was a *bleep* anyway, You can tell from episode 1 he was going to be evil and that he was completely gay. Ever see any female jedi under his command? didnt think so.

When you think about it, Revan and Bastila could make a difference in any war. Im sure if they both were on the dark side, poof! Jedi knights everywhere are dead. But take it the other way, there would be only statues of sith left.

Im kind of happy to see the fact their is always some dark character. Malak, Tyranus, Palpatene, Bandon, Maul (hes the coolest) Revan, Vader. But come on, Episode 2 is the only actual time a dark side person gets away clean. (besides all the old ones) And admit it, Yoda could have kicked that mans ass, hopefully we'll see Yoda, Windu and Kenobi together..again.

I never did get the reason why Darth Vadar died at the end of RotJ. And why he had all that mechanical shit in him. I dont want to know either, so dont tell me. I will ban you for one day if someone DOES say anything. Call it abusing power, but us dark side see moderation as a gift...lol jk. Just dont tell me, you've been warned.

Anywho, I think the Forge could conjure up way too many shipe even for the galactic empire to handle. If you have ever seen the Dark Side ending you know what I mean. All that plus Bastila's Battle Meditation, it would wipe out anything. But even without Bastilla The fleet could probably cripple the Empire. I mean it only took one A-Wing to destroy the Empire's Capatal ship.

Previously someone said it took the Death Star "considerable time to charge"... I ask you to think again. I mean look at how much time there was between Tarkin saying "You may fire when ready" and Alderaan being dust, not a whole lot I think. And if you want to take it to ROTJ then that (the Death Star taking so long to shoot) was merely dramatic effect plus they had to get around a planet.
