	Okay guys, I must honestly say that this forum has not been going on the right way for quite a long time. It has been FULL spam, flaming, trolling, and A LOT off topic chat on every gang. This kind of stuff unfortunately can't stay this way, because at the end, everyone will suffer the consequences. While I recognize I am bringing the issue a bit late, please understand that I have been trying to find a post-in reply solution, but now I see that will not be possible to do. I want to start talking a bit about the spamming that has been going on. I have seen a lot of people talking to only one person, that person replies, then other replies back, and then the conversation becomes more personal, and at the end only two people end talking. That can be done via PM. I have also seen people from other forums, posting on other gangs with useless material, for the sake of hurting others. Now, in all honesty, I have no idea if you guys ask your friends on other forums to do that, because not only is random, it is also useless and completely immature. Now, if it isn't your fault, please do see that I am not pointing fingers to anyone. If those people come to the forum in a random basis for their own, then I will simply talk to the mods in those other forums. I also see A LOT of people posting in other gangs, even when both the gang owners and members of that gang simply do not want outsiders (of other gangs or random people) to do that. Let me point a few things about that. You don't own your posts or threads in Neoseeker, so unfortunately you can'd do much to prevent people from posting in your thread. While you can ask politely others to not to do it (which works most of the time), please do not get extremely annoyed if it works. One of the main problems I have seen on this forum is that people are ALWAYS trying to solve problems (even when they know they can't), and that does not do anything good. In fact, it only adds fuel to the fire, which is uneeded. Please, I love to help you out, specially here where I have a lot of children posting in the forum. Sometimes, well, most of the time, you can't fix that kind of problems. If someone is posting in your gang thread, even though after you talk to them politely (yes, AFTER, do not make a huge deal about that BEFORE trying to talk to the person by yourself), then feel free to drop me a PM. I try to help most of the time, and I read and consider EVERY PM I receive, doesn't matter if I actually comment on it. Please, show you are a human. No one is perfect. When someone says they would prefer to have people not posting in their gangs, then don't do it. If you do it to annoy other people doing that, then consider it again, because at the end of the day you make yourself look like an imbecil by doing so. You ruin your own reputation, your own honor, your own life, etcetera etc dot. It IS common courtesy to TRY to respect others' threads. If they don't, it IS also common courtesy to talk to them politely about the issue. Now, flaming has been a common issue in the past months, and the simple Hurt and Heal just made everything worse. At this point, I may not allow to have any kind of games in this subforum, UNLESS they are STRICTLY organized and STRICTLY approved by me. I believe that one of the big mistakes I made is to give you guys too much freedom. I have allowed almost every game idea that reached my PM inbox, even giving you the ability to use your own rules, and not having me involved at all. If something like this happens again, then I may just ban game threads altogether and have a closer, stricter look to how the gangs are doing. I will become stricter with the flaming rule. There is a lot of children, a lot of different people in general. Some people have more humor than others. Some people get hurt more easily than others. Doesn't matter what kind of problems we have, what kind of people we have, or whatever, for now on, you WILL respect everyone that comes in here. I am sick and tired of children getting harmed because some of you can't keep your jokes to a level that everyone can tolerate. I see any case of flaming, and flames may and WILL raise. Don't play with others when they don't like them. For you that don't know, a lot of people that come here have problems in real life as well and having an internet site in which they at least can have on is actually pretty nice. DO NOT dare you try to ruin that for them, I repeat, DO NOT DARE TO TRY IT. That applies to EVERYONE. If you don't learn to control your jokes to nice way, then I will make sure you learn the bad way. Trolling has become a very common issue ever since the first H&H game failed, and I am also starting to become sick and tired of it. I honestly wonder why people ask me "why was my post reported on my own gang?". Think hard, hard, hard, and hard on that answer to yourself. How in Earth are you expecting to not get reported when a good amount of your gang thread is filled with posts that only have negative talk about certain members? Or when you are trying to "smart-out" everyone using useless posts? Or when you post something negative in other gangs (like the 'little' joke in the Johnas Gang, where some people posted pics and useless comments to try to annoy the members of the gang), are you trying to be funny or you want to show the people outside that you have no common education whatsoever? Common guys, I expect a heck better of most of you. I have seen people doing thing that are just not them. There you throw the first good impression you caused away. Stop the trolling, and I am being serious. Now finally, the extreme abuse of the gangs themselves to have A LOT of off-topic discussions. Heck, I don't mind you guys discussing some off-topic things every now and then, but don't fill the whole thread with that. Try to discuss things that are at least a bit related to Animal Crossing. Talk about the other Animal Crossings, the upcomming one can be a good idea, give ideas... I am not asking you to completely destroy your off-topic chats- I know it is better to have grupal discussions in a small thread with only people you know, and you feel comfortable that way. I really understand that feeling, but at least don't flood every gang with 100% off-topic chat. I want you guys to give me your opinions. I may get opinions for other moderators or Super Moderators as well, but first I want to see if we can fix this by talking only with regulars of the forum. The punishments I was considering before where not nice, trust me... Although, I am still considering them. As for my solution: Find a way to disable post count on this forum so you can talk a bit more about other things that are not related to ACWW, you would still need to keep things a bit on-topic, however. And for the punishments: I have considered, and I am still considering, to close the forum temporarily. If the forum is still used like a public toilet of a alcohol-dealing service, then I will close it temporarily as most (yes, MOST not all of you) forum participants are the causants of the troubles. Yes, "why punish all of us when you can only punish the ones causing the probem?". Well, I HATE that approach, but if people are not willing to listen to me, they (hopefully) can still listen to their friends. If after closing the forum a few times nothing has changed, then I will just lock down this forum permanently. I am not afraid of doing so. Change this negative attitudes, and do it as soon as possible. Now your input guys. What have I done wrong? How can I improve that? What is wrong with the forum itself? How can we fix that. I will listen to every comment that is posted here. I have said it many times before, if you feel the urge of flaming me, do it via PM. I understand when people need to let their feelings out, as I have said a million of times in the past. I am not the kind of mod that will ban you because you flamed me. 	Link has some sorta mental problem, he don't listen to me. I kid, I love you. <3 In any event, Vermillion. I have something to say also. Me and Slider live in the same household. Our network doesn't support the specifications that Wi-FI has, and we aren't about to lower the speeds we have. Therefore, two out of the five members in the gang don't have Wi-FI, or even play for that matter. That's the only reason we don't talk about anything AC:WW related. I'll try to be stricter about the spam, but there's not much more I can do about the off-topic... ness. Also, if need be, why not use individual bans to the people who obviously troll? One day as a warning and then getting more excessive. After three bans or something, a more drastic idea. 	I have something to propose you guys. Again, you can keep your off-topic chats, but again, not in a frecuent basis. I know by fact, and I recognize that 98% of the people on this forum do not play online anymore. This is not 2006 anymore. One thing that keep people together in gangs is... Well, the gang itself. You can try to talk about the interest in your gang. Say, RoR could talk a bit more about AC, Ragnarok, and the off-topic chat. I just don't want to see all the gangs being personal places to talk about anything.
