personaly, i think that the force commander would be the best because of his orbital strike ablity. the worst would be the command squad because of the fact it is more squad like and that would allow the orbital strike to severily weaken/kill it when other commanders could take the punishment

Besides, Shas'O doesn't need melee; between his Traps and all that firepower, the only things that even have a chance of getting into melee are the uber units like the Bloodthirster and Greater Gnarloc. You have no business playing this game (or anything 40K related) if you complain about the Tau commander having no melee attack. I think that the Necron Lord is the best commander. He's durable (personally, I've never seen mine die, and he's in the middle of the fight most of the time), he has awesome melee and decent ranged damage, he can ressurect your fallen troops, and if he uses Essence of the Nightbringer he's *bleep*ing unstoppable. | |
