My best Commander is Imperial Command Squad, they keep up to 3-4 enemy squads busy while the imperial soldiers shoot their flashlights at them and bring in the BaneBlade which has a searchlight.
Another good one is the Necron Lord, upgrade him with all permanent abilities and Mass Resurrection. I don't really have any bad ones though | |
