It appears that both the PS2 and Gamecube versions have a God/Invincible cheat code whereas the PC version hasn't...

I realise that the PC game is down to Activison and not Treyarch but there must be a code for the PC version......

Any ideas anyone ?

From what I know, there isn't a cheat code for invincibility. And every cheat code on the PS2, GC and Xbox is also the same on the PC.
