	Hey, I've always wanted to start playing the FF games, but never had a PS system. Would I be completely lost if I came in now, or should I buy FF III and FF IV for the DS first? Any help would be appreciated ------------------- Endless Night - Words are our Weapons!

	None of the Final Fantasy games are connected. For example the storyline in FF6 doesn't continue in FF7. They are completely separate games. The only games which go together are FFX/FFX-2, FFVII and the spin offs, and FFXII/FFXII: RW. It doesn't really matter which FF you start with, but you shouldn't play the sequels first obviously. 	I believe the FF games 1-6 are on GBA at least. So you could start with those. You could get Revenant Wings, but you might just be better off trying FFXII first if you ever get a chance. 	Well, at the beginning of the thread I was asking whether or not I should see if I should play this game first or try and round-up the GBA versions of I-VI before Revenant Wings, so idk ------------------- Endless Night - Words are our Weapons!

Anyway as neto_360 says, you would probably want to at least finish FFXII, so you can play Revenant Wings with no problems at all. -------------------

	Yeah you could also do that. But although I do think you should think to play the first game you wouldn't be completely lost in Revenant Wings anyway. -------------------
