I haven't unlocked it yet cause I got AC and busy with that and I will get Uncharted soon which sucks even more because I won't have time to play R&C, but I was wondering how is, IS it any better then the previouse ones?

Its fun, but kind of over kill..
Makes them game as easy as it always did.

Actually I would say it puts the previous RYNO versions to shame. If you want an idea think minigun firing heatseeking missles on steriods.

The one in the third game was more powerful for sure (it vaporised anything on the screen), but this one is definitely better looking.
Though i must admit i did prefer the look of the RYNOII from Locked and Loaded.
Damn backwards compatibility =(

How do you check if you have all the holo-plans, 'cos it's not like just on the inventory like gold bolts is it?

Look in your pause menu inventory. There will be what looks like an incomplete jigsaw puzzle (assuming you haven't found all the pieces) and that will tell you how many pieces of the holo plan you have acquired.

Oh and the R.Y.N.O. IV? LMAO!!!! That weapons is insane. I bought the RYNO 4 Ever and upgraded the beast to level 10. Makes you pretty unstoppable to be honest.

Ive killed Tacheon 3 times in around 2 minutes with the RYNO IV.
As i say, overkill.

Not pretty unstoppable. Just completely unstoppable. The only thing that will stop you is the unlikely event that you run out of ammo or you stop firing long enough for your enemies to actually hit you.

I just finished R&C one with the RYNO. Drek was still a pain to kill with that thing. Far far easier than with out it no question. But even with it he presented a challenge. With the RYNO IV Ever against Tacyon I can almost stand in one spot the all of 30 seconds it takes to obliterate him. And I have stood in one spot while fighting in the arena. Why move when nothing can make it more than half an inch into the arena anyway?

On r&c1 it was easy to kill drek with the tesla coil.

Yea didn't have the Tesla Coil the first two times I fought him either. Drek is probably the hardest boss ever created in an R&C game. For one he takes a lot more damage than the others while you take a lot less. Two there is always the chance you will die just chasing after him when he runs. And three when you get him in the final fight you have to not only beat him and all his little minions but keep the planet from blowing up as well.

Not that any of them were easy the first try. Vox really gave me a hard time for a while as well. All in all I think Tacyon was the easiest of the lot. Though I haven't finished Going Commando yet so that one might be easier still, but I don't expect it will be.

Out of the PS2 and PSP ratchet and clank games, The going commando final boss is way too easy compared with the rest. The RYNOII can kill him in about 20 seconds maximum.

Well I just unlocked the RYNO 4. I really didn't know what to expect and was suprised with what I got. Its still at level 1 so I hope at level 5 it will add on to it. It is pretty interesting, how it works and all.

I found tachyon pretty hard at first because none of the weapons are strong enough to kill him pretty fast.
And sometimes them missile things are hard to dodge and the laser at same time.
