Now maybe I just have no idea what im doing but I just started the game and I cant do anything. I cant pick up the paperclip, I cant get in the linen closet or the utilaty closet. Ive heard the stories and met people and nothing else. so am I just too stupid to play this and should return it or is there a problem with the game

Well, since you asked, then yes, you're "too stupid."
You just started, right? Some doors open after a certain time. In the case of the utility closet, it's going to be a while. Same with the linen closet. For the first chapter, it's probably best to explore a bit more. It's been a while since I played it, so I can't remember much. ------------------- | |
