1. You can only post after 2 hours. That is 2 hours after your last post. No less.
2. No spamming, no flaming, no double post, and usual forum rules apply
3. You must show the updated score board on your list
4. Hurt = 2 points/Heal= 1 point
5. Heals must be labeled with green font
6. Hurts must be labeled with red font
7. If your two hour wait period ends and nobody has posted you must wait until someone does before you may post again. If you do double post or edit in another hurt/heal before another member posts it shall be ignored and will continue off the last valid post

Penalties:
Double Post - Banned from playing for the remainder of the round.
Double post or edit again - Banned from playing for two rounds.
Double post or edit again after that - Banned from playing for five rounds or more.
Double post or edit for a fourth time - Banned.
