Looking for an article on the web that I have read before.

It talks about this guy and how he mastered tetris and how he had a competitor at the little company he was at...and how he was not really that competetive, but the competition drove him. And he found it similar to pommel horse in gymnastics. It was some computer science student...and written several years ago and in an inactive website. I've tried Google, but can't find it.
